There is quite a bit of info about Jose on this site He has a new garage in Belleville NJ near NJ transit train stations that he gladly will drive/pickup you to/from one for fast cheap transport.
He did an excellent job on my 97 Cruiser and since both he and his wife own 80 series he knows them well. He does work on all versions though and body work too. His new garage just opened a few weeks ago and is located in a nice Portugese section of town.
