We use a nice black wire crate. I've tried every dog barrier out there and our crafty Aussie shepherd wiggles through them all and into the front. Putting the crate back there works really well. It colapses and pulls out easily so we can put stuff back there when the dogs aren't and it keeps all the dirt and sand a hair contained.

I was going to go with an adjustable barrier, but decided to go with a crate. A 36" wire crate should fit in back w/ the 3rd row seats folded. Mine should come tomorrow. A crate will minimize the dog hair in back, making cleaning a breeze. Plus you can remove it easily and don't need to mount any brackets, unlike a Milford type barrier.

I know you said "dog barrier" but I had Owens make this custom aluminum crate to my drawing/dimensions since I have very limited vertical space with the AO drawers installed. But it works great, the dog is secure and is lightweight so that installing/removing is easy....Oh yea and it doesn't rattle either!
