Well, I was in the market for a mini-van, but I couldn't resist the Land Cruiser. I picked up a 2000 Silver Land Cruiser Fully Loaded for $24,700 plus tax title license. I also paid $1,900 extra for a 3 year/36K mile warrranty since the truck has 65K miles. Well, I hope I got a good deal - it's in excellent condition.

Any must have accessories? Also, with the truck having 65K miles, any maintenance items I need to be concerned about soon?

Thanks!

Sounds good. If you don't have the service records that show what has been done I would change all of the fluids. Diff's, transfer case, do a ATF fluid exchange (don't let anyone put any type of cleaner in your transmission only ATF should go in your transmission) have the cooling system flushed and filled using Toyota coolant (this I would have done by the dealer) change the oil/filter and use Mobil 1 and OEM filter. Check/change the airfilter if needed. If you aren't going to do the fluid changes yourself find a local garage you trust and can watch do the work do it for you, Also go with synthetic in the diff's and transfer case. enjoy your new ride, sounds like you made the right choice.

In addition to what Pitbull says....be sure to repack the front wheel bearings. People tend to forget these need serviced.

Cheers
