Can one of you please help me how do you compress the GIF file large pic to make it smaller size? I want to make it fit onto the IH8MUD avatar.

most graphics programs have a resize feature....animated gif's require a special program tho...if it's a full-color photo, the clarity will be much better with a jpg image...

If it is an animated gif, you need a program like Adobe Image Ready.

I can resize it for you as long as it is work safe...
