Beno, hope you had a good weekend!

No rush but PM me when you can, got a drive line vibration that starting to feel violent after 55mph, pulled over this morning on the way to work thinking it was a rear flat, I may need set of U joints for the rear shaft.

As always please and thank you good sir!

Beno,
Got my lights in for my 55 great service. Much appreciated, no more local dealership for me... Thanks again

Thanks for the extras in my recent box of goodies. My 80 is running much smoother with the new throttle cable which means the pad and pen are coming in handy now that ladies all over town are asking for my digits (this last part is a lie, but the pad and pen are great so thanks).

Also the coozy helps with step #6 so thanks for that as well.

FOLKS:

Effective immediately, I will no longer be taking MUD phone calls on the weekend.

Phone calls will only be Monday-Friday after 3pm EST for the near future while I deal with personnel shortages.

Email and PM are more likely to get replied to in a timely manner.

Current phone call return times: 1-2 days or longer.

Thanks.

Beno I hope things get better for you soon! My email of this morning should be of low priority. If you need me to scrounge part numbers relative to that email, just let me know ....

Went and had lunch with Trollhole yesterday and right around the corner from the shop was this...

Of course we know bearing maker Koyo, a Toyota Group company.

Then you have JTEKT which makes CV shafts and steering racks for the IFS Land Cruisers, and then we have Toyoda Industries which manufactured the 1FZ-FE and continues to manufacture all of the Toyota Land Cruiser diesel variant engines. Toyoda Industies also manufactures PS pumps and steering gear boxes among other items. Of course, forklifts and airplane tugs as well.

All three companies are Toyota Group companies.

I assume this is a research and development facility at the Clemson Auto research facility.

One of my great clients sent me a cool gift from his work....

I am an aviation geek so this is right up my alley.

Thanks John!

JUST AN FYI:

A lot of Japan only parts (basically everything that makes up Toyota Land Cruisers) are backordered due to the Longshoremen slowdown at West Coast ports. Many, many different parts are backordered and limited availability is currently the issue.

I am backordered on a number of items:

04466-60020: 80 series rear brake pads
23300-69045: 1FZ-FE fuel filter assy.
42601-60262-03: 16" 7x steel wheels

And many others.

I appreciate your patience while things return back to normal--hopefully over the next 2-3 weeks.

Regards.

Thanks to my friends Ward and Georg, I can now offer significantly cheaper inner and outer wheel bearings for all Toyota Land Cruisers with FF front and rear hubs. These are the same Koyo bearings as the ones in red and white Toyota boxes at a fraction of the price.

:)

Onur, this kind of pro active thinking is why most of us keep coming back to you time after time. Thanks for your support!

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

I am taking a small hiatus.

Read: I need a break.

I will not be returning emails, PMs, or phone calls.

During the interim while I figure out my brain, please contact my colleagues CruiserDan and Sam Stewart. They will be happy to assist in my absence.

All orders placed with me at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest have been ordered and will be filled.

Any inquiries should be made to David Silverstein at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest by email only:

dsilverstein@nalleycars.com

No NEW ORDERS PLEASE. Just existing orders only.

Thank you much for all your support.
