Are there any complied resources for how to get started with techstream? If not, it would make a great sticky.

What guides did you use to get it up and running? What have you used it for?

So the 200 series procedure is the same?

Use of Techstream is per vehicle, but installation is the same. There is a similar thread in the 200 section. I just happened to have that one from my 100 days.
