Awesome FJ40- Getting Married- have to sell...

Well I listed my FJ40 several months ago and got talked out of selling by just about everyone I know. In the meantime, I didn't put any more miles on it (unfortunatly), but I did extend the wheel base. I love working on it, but this time, I have to let it go. I'll get back into further on in life, but with the nuptials coming up in a few weeks, there won't be any time for years to come. I can't afford to just store it for several years in the meantime. Plus it's an awesome rig that someone else should enjoy.

Here's a link to the EBay site below.

Thanks to all you guys for getting this FJ fan through the build. I've been a pretty silent guy, but a watcher for a long time. I've owned this FJ since '94 and have had 6 others along the way. I will miss the hobby, but it's one I haven't been able to be active in for too long...

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Phil,
I know you feel like you gotta sell the 40 but, I was in approximately the same situation with my 75 and have regretted it since, I now have a 73 that I am starting all over on. Just my .02

Since we don't allow direct EBay ad links, I'll assume you have a postable price for 'MUD members that you'll put up soon?

Updated- Price is $7200 if we can do it off of ebay. Please reference Ebay for pics and more detailed description. I did some poser pics driving over the "Punisher". It's simply a big @ss log that we use for trials riding. It will give you an idea that the truck flexes quite well.

Best,

Phil

Just too much going on. You know how it goes. New life, new expenses, no time...and I don't see any time in the future either... I know it's not a good deal. But I'll get back into this stuff again one day....when I retire:(
