The previous owner of my truck installed Monroe OE Spectrum shocks. The truck rides great but gets sketchy on washboards. I'd like to replace them.

I have my t-bars cranked a bit with 275/70/18, and don't plan on a lift. Is there any reason not to go OEM, and if so where should I get them? I've read where you can get the whole set in the $120 range, but everything I'm finding is significantly more expensive.

Thanks,
Jim

What vehicle kind of vehicle are we talking about, a 100 series ?

Camelback Toyota is the place to buy your OEM Toyota parts. Murf has set the club up with a discount which is a big help.

That price is about right for a set of 80series oem shocks from Camelback Toyota. You need to ask for the "mud" discount. I was very happy with the new oem tokico shocks on my 80. Not sure on the 100 series shocks, but I would think they are about the same cost.

May bad, it's an 04 100 series.
