gearing?

i'm going to lift my 62 with a 3'' ome heavy, i looking to tuck 33x10.5x15's under it. my question is with an a440 tranny do i need to regear? keep i mind its a dd and i'm going in the expedition direction.

ust my 2 cents but You should not have to regear actually if you drive easy you will probably get the same or better mpg.

I have 33x12.5 on my 62 with stock gears and I get 14 mpg

You'll find different opinions on this, but you already have 4.10's, so you should be set with 33's. Lots of 60's (with 3.70's stock) go to 4.10's when the move to 33's is made.
