Hi,
Does anyone know the best gauge of thickness of steel to use for bodywork on a 70 series land cruiser?

For my purposes, Flat panels=18g and I used 20g when shaping small intricately molded shapes by hand on my 62.

This belongs in the 'paint and body work' section and not tools and fab, by the way.

Cheers Wile, shucks I posted in the 70 series forum as well :)
Did not realise there was a paint body work one, will make sure it dont happen again.

Not sure if this will help, but on my 74 40, 16 ga is a perfect match.
