gas tank ID

I need to hook up my gas tank. So it's time to buy parts. Can someone ID the year of this tank so I can buy the correct sending unit and such?

That tank will fit the 45, but the filler pipe orientation is incorrect.

thank you, i was thinking would be wrong from what ive seen, going to Macgyver to make work. one of only a few incorrect parts to the truck. do you know what filler tube style might work best?
