I have a liftmaster chain drive door opener that is developing slack in one side of the chain. The side with the tensioner is about where specs say it should be, the other keeps sagging after a few months. I have checked the board that is mounted to the wall and it has not pulled away. Could it be as simple as moving the chain over 2-3 links?
I am sure it is something simple but sometimes Google/YouTube results are not helpful.
