I had 2 doors replaced on my 60 when she got repainted. I put fresh trim around all doors and rear cargo area.

I was drving down the road and heard a good amount of wind noise and i realized the top part of the door has a thin gap between the door trim and the door frame.

Any tips on howcto adjust to door? It isnt bent. The door was in great shape, which is why I used it.

I saw there was a special tool, but I cant find it without a crazy 2-3 month wait time.

Also, on the rear cargo hatch...the top part has a seal on the very top. I bought a replacement from SOR but i wasnt sure which way it went on. SOR doesnt have much help on which way the trim piece goes. And, is it possible to put on without removing the entire top window hatch?

Thx!

I removed my front fender to get to the bolts to adjust the hang of the doors. I think they are 12mm? You could use a torch and heat/bend a wrench to do it without removing the fender. It’s a pain in the ass though
