I scoured Phoenix looking for some FJ80's in salvage yards and had very little luck. I was only able to find two of them and thought others should benefit from my efforts. There are two FZJ80's located at the recycler listed below. Engines and Tranny's are gone, but I think they pulled them and may have them for sale. Most of the rest is intact, one has the f/r locker setups and all the harnesses, axles, switch, etc are still there. I believe they are a 94, and 95, both have cloth interior and all the seats are still in the vehicles. They are a bit dirty inside with parts thrown around inside, but they may be a good source for some in need. This is not a pick and pull yard, so they will walk you out and show you the trucks and allow you to poke around. You can identify what you are interested in and then go back inside and they will tell you what the prices are. I am not affiliated in any way whatsoever. Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up on those. Your post got me thinking how sweet it would be to keep a thread (tally or poll, etc) of state city and auto yard that has anything landcruisers in their lot. I know here in Amarillo there is nothing going through the yards, let alone few 80's driving around.

It would be cool for those who drive through towns on trips and could stop by and pick up parts they would need.

Again, you did good "detective work" tracking those down. Someone in your area will benefit from that treasure find.

Man I hope people benefit from these as well. I probably lost 10 pounds wondering around salvage yards in 110 degree heat hunting for TLC's. I think it would be great if members posted info on finds like these. I think there might be a tendency to keep the information secret as your own private parts car though.
