Well following window seal damage where large chunks of the 24 year old brittle rubber seals were broken out from the door window seals caused by the recent hail storms here I sought to figure out how to repair the damage. Job done per these instructions... How To: Belt Moulding Replacement - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/how-to-belt-moulding-replacement.828134/
The parts were readily had at the lowest price I could find in the USA from McGeorge Toyota (Find Toyota Genuine Parts - https://www.mcgeorgetoyota.com/find-toyota-genuine-parts.html) with free shipping too.
Easy peasy job if not a bit expensive at roughly $60 per window...
I managed to save 12 of the 'clips' if anyone needs a few...

Nice! I did that a few years back and am glad I did. Now there is a lot less water getting into the rear quarter area.

After doing the four door windows I think I'm gonna order the belt moulding seal for the two rear windows as well... they seem pretty brittle too.

Working on this right now as we speak. I got 5 of 6 mouldings from Amayama.com. Took awhile to ship but was the most inexpensive option.

I had already ordered and put in the front, but didn't find the rear quarter molding that was cheap, I just ordered the rears and new front window glass molding, my windows are really slow and I don't think any more silicone spray will help.

I recently redid the regulators and motors with new felts in the front doors. Big difference

I bought Aisin motors and regulators, so aftermarket.
