FZJ80 window felt and stripping

besides specter, are there any other places to find this stuff?? I have water collecting in the bottom of my driver's side rear door when it rains. are there drain holes that may be plugged?

And yes, there are drain holes that can get plugged. Look at the bottom of the door. Make sure they are clear of debris.
