Fuse problem... (1 Viewer)

Well another weekend of wheeling down and only a small problem im stuck with.
While wheeling i noticed that my windows wouldnt roll back up. Checked everything out and sure enough the fuse had blown. Well today I went to the auto parts store to get another 30A. I buy it, put it in the box, and soon as it made contact it blew. So i went back in and got another thinking that it couldnt happen twice but I was wrong.

So long story short, I tried replacing the 30A fuse and it blows every time I put a new 1 in. Any suggestions?? Thanks

Its all the windows and the power locks. I think its fuse #23 if you look on the back of the panel.
