I reinstalled my windshield wiper componets into my windshield frame after complete disasebly and painting. Proplem is the following:
If you pull the wiper switch then push it back in(off). The wiper should cycle through then return to the down position. In my case, it returns the the middle of it's stroke then stops. Once you pull the switch again, the wiper goes to the down position then completes it full stroke correctly until you turn it off(inwhich it returns to the center position). So i can't readjust the wiper arm because it wants to start in middle position rather than the down position. It never did this before so i'm assuming i've done something wrong. Ahybody had this happen?
