Wheeled our new to us F-Toy clone at the Crawl last weekend and had an issue with the steering. I'm not familiar enough with full hydro setups yet to diagnose it and am looking for y'all's input.

On Friday, I noticed the orbital continuously "pulling" to the right. Wasn't a huge deal so we drove it. On Saturday it started overheating, even with a cooler, and puking fluid out the reservoir and was "pulling" hard to the right.

My thoughts are the issues are connected and there may be some trash in the orbital causing the "pulling" and overheating. I can't tear into for a couple of weeks so if anyone has run into this before please let me know.

Thanks.

Sounds like your orbital valve has a internal leak in it or a stuck check valve.

I don't assume anything as the rig was built several years ago, wheeled, sold to a mudder, than parked for a few years (caked in mud). I found out yesterday the orbital was used when the rig was built and the rest of the steering came new from PSC. Planning on starting at the orbital and working my way through the system until it's corrected and not overheating.
