Is it really needed for me to replace the sock and the filter if I am not having any fuel delivery issues?
What about pulling the injectors and having them serviced?

Or should I just leave well enough alone

Thanks

Roger...I would just change out the fuel filter underneath the intake manifold and call it good.

If you go OEM, the filter will have the 4 metal gaskets for the banjo bolts.

You will need the following part number: 23300-69045

Thanks Beno

I have a filter that I got from my local yota dealership somewhere in the garage
I will have to see if the bango washers came with it.

If their are no washers can I get those seperate?

I know that the Fuel Pump sock can also be cleaned, but I think you need to replace the gasket when pulling it. The fuel filter is a pain but definitely something that can keep your rig from running well or at all if it gets too bad. I did mine when I replaced the hg.

I replaced mine when I replaced the fuel pump at 184k. The connector the fuel pump was rusted to the point where it effected the fuel pump operation. So if you go in, inspect everything.
