FTBSHOP Recovery Service Called Upon Again...

My lot attendant was out messing around when this happened...

So I got the news (on Monday) that he had gotten stuck over the weekend and his friend tried to rescue him and had gotten stuck too

So we go out Monday at 6 PM to try and recover the two vehicles. After 2 miles of soggy sand, we were able to make it out with some light left, but it was fading fast. Thankfully it was an easy extraction, and we got everyone out before dark.

All in all, a good recovery effort that ended with everyone very wet and sandy, but in good spirits. But, I don't think those two will be running down Sycamore creek anymore

Was it failure to air down, poor driving or a combo?

We were all very close to spending the night out there, the sand was very soggy and caught us by surprise several times on the way out.....even with aired down tires.

Sycamore Creek. We exited the 87 at the Bush highway, and instead of going right, went left, and it takes you down to the creek, we then had to go 2 miles in the creek bed to get to them.

gee and i thought this was bad last week at AZ ROCKS damn blazer goot stuck in themiddle of the river and a buggy came out to try and pull him out ......damn buggy got stuck then that white truck had to come and try and pull them both out ..but didnt have the best traction so the jeep at the top of the hill trying to help the white truck. and while all this is going on that blue bronco II cleared the river with no problem however didnt either have the power or the grip to get over the burm and then slid into the bed of the white truck.......... bet the guy in the white truck was less than thrilled about that

so figuering im not gonna let some damn chevy spoil my good time i figuered id give him a wide bearth and go around him little did i know what was instore for me

this was my attempt to cross

and then i hit a damn rut in the river and damn near came close of going in nose first

what a fun time......thank go for that new 4+ lift or i could of floated away
