From what I saw of Anthony's postings, this looks like a labor of love, built on 'hobby' time. Hobby time isn't valued the same as 'income' time. I had a long conversation with @HawkDriver about this ten years ago. He was making quality bumpers (have one on my lwb45) in his spare time. When I asked him to price me a production run, the wholesale turned out to be higher than what he'd sold bumpers for on MUD. REASON? Production couldn't be accomplished on hobby time alone. @Land Cruiser Junky learned the same thing with the t-birds. Hopefully, these artisans figure out what the opportunity cost of giving up all their hobby time BEFORE they start making promises.

My hobby time has been so limited for years now, that when someone asks me to give up some, I weigh it at shop time rates.

Anthony, I get it.

you got it mark! those horn buttons take 24 hours to cure and i've only got one mould... a mould that is probably reaching the end of its life anyways. that and i have to take over my wife's counter space for days to do it...

but to answer the question of cost... silicone and clear resin can be had for cheap imo. Make a mould support out of legos.. place your old (cleaned and crack filled) horn button in there and make your own mould! wouldn't be more than a couple days worth of work and it would cost about as much as I'd charge you...

That's what the like button is for!;)

Tom

I turned out @Vintij74 had some aftermarket doors, so I hooked him up with handles for them. My fst handles are still available.

I managed to snag a set of doors that had handles attached on the electronic bay. Between that set of doors and the set I have, I think I have one decent, complete set. Thanks, @65swb45 !

Well, that's what I get for waiting two months to tell you. Cool beans. Glad to hear your rig is finally on the road.:) My routine looks like it will remain well out of whack thru at least April of next year.

Happen to have a secret set available? Just the inside handles would be great too!

I don't remember selling the set mentioned above, so there's a good chance I still have it. Leave a VM at the shop and I'll look Monday. Please do not PM me.
