Excellent condition well cared for ARB Simpson II w/annex and zip in floor.

Save ~$600+ over new for a tent less than a year old.

Changes from new:

o Small section of trailer side of annex wall removed (~1'x4') and reinforced to align with AT Horizon side box opening (can be covered if desired).

o Tent seams are completely sealed and reinforced with Seam Grip.

o Two tent awning side steel rods cut short to mount on Horizon awning (easily replaced).

Pick up in Scottsdale, AZ or will meet within 100 miles.

$1150 takes all or $900 for tent, $250 for annex.

Reason for sale: Seeking crank up model.

Bump for a killer tent!

If you've been thinking about a roof top tent, this thing is awesome. The room addition is a sweet thing to have.

Thanks MaddBaggins as this is a great setup for someone who is RTT shopping. I have received a few inquiries about the usefulness of the annex so wish to comment on that. As installed on my trailer there is ~5' clearance under the tent floor then about 2' horizontal stand up room (w/plenty of height) available between the end of the tent floor (where you enter) to the end of the tent extension that covers the ladder. In order to have stand up room for the entire annex the bottom of the tent floor would need to clear your head when mounted on a vehicle. The annex is great for extra sleeping quarters, pet sleep area, porta-potty, changing room, rain shelter, etc. And with the cut out I made there is access to the Horizon side box which can remain open to provide an inside shelf with the annex attached.
