Can't find my ad so starting a new thread. Jim and Ryan were very interested and Jim asked for more photos. Refresh: this is an older Hannibal RTT in pretty good shape but the cover is showing signs of wear and tear. All the zippers work and all windows and doors are good too. Bed dimension is about 50 x 100". Asking $600.

I have some friends who might be interested in the RTT if you still have it. Did the other two in front of me bail or you waiting to hear back from them? Let me know as I'll be in Grand Junction early next week and would love to take a look at it. Thanks! And bummer about your alternator breaking on the Swell Run. Talk to you soon - Bob in Wyoming

I had two folks really interested and they posted so on my first thread but something happened to it, so I started a new thread. I expect they are still in the running for first claim.

I understand. I'll be down that way with next week with cash if things change. Just let me know. Bob

I won't be able to part with it until early June when my Auto-home Columbus is picked up.

I'm very interested. Can you call me at 720 569 4558
June would work

Two of our club members have stated they want this, Jim and Ryan, but have not replied to this new thread. The RTT will go to the first person who spoke for it which at this time is Jim. Seeing as it won't be available until June things could change.

I'm still I interested if Jim doesn't snag it

Jim, are you still wanting my RTT? I noticed you have no rack on your truck. You will need something to safely support about 130#.

Still want to look it over whenever we get together...looks like the Kokopelli pre run is the first opportunity. I have not one but two old school Confer six foot racks...one 48" wide and the other 54". Just repainted the wider one and it'll be on for Kokopelli.

Auto-home may be able to deliver my Columbus RTT to the Overland Expo and IF they do, I will be removing the Hannibal before the trip about May 15. It would be available to purchase at that time.

Ace

Assume Bonnie and I will be able to check it out this weekend.

Jim and Bonnie decided my RTT was too small, so looks it's yours Ryan.

Sweet!! Let me know when it's available, I have cash in hand! Are you going to bring it to Cruise Moab?

PS - Do you have a ladder extension for it, or is that something I'll need to pick up? If I need to order one can you give me exact model info or whatever I might need to get the right one from Hannibal?

Thanks,

Ryan

Trailer is not here to measure the ladder but ill get a number later. It has an extendable section but I've never pulled it out as not needed on the trailer. There also is an extra custom built short ladder that some previous owner used to go from his front bumper bull bar to the RTT.

There is a pretty fair chance I may get the Columbus delivered to the Overland Expo so if I do I can sell you the RTT right after Cruise Moab.

Excellent! Thanks Ace

Ladder is three piece. Top section is attached to RTT and is 20" long. Bottom section is 44" collapsed and extends easily to 56" or together max is 76". Then there is the odd piece that maybe could be modified to extend further if needed. If that combo does not work I would get an ARB ladder from Hugh and replace the whole thing.

Photo shows the bottom section extended and the odd piece meant to mount on a bull bar for those that might want the bed to go out over the hood.

Thanks for the info Ace! It looks like I will either be attempting to extend the ladder somehow or just buying a replacement, if I remember correctly my Roof Rack is about 75 inches off the ground. I imagine I will need a few extra inches so the ladder can be extended at an angle and not completely vertical... I can probably work around it with some creative parking in the mean time!

Are you doing any camping or staying in Moab past Sunday for CM? If you are going to have your other tent by the Expo and don't need this one in between perhaps we could swap it over to my rig on Sunday before we head home? If not I can make a trip down your way any time.

Thanks,

Ryan

All you'd have to do is weld the top section and the funky section together and insert some reinforcement. A little cutting and drilling and you'd be good.

Can't say for sure when I'd be ok to sell the RTT until I have a better grip on when my Columbus will be delivered. It will be easy to swap it over but this unit does not have a mounting track, rather just eight 5/16" bolts through the floor. If they happen to line up with your rack fine, if not we would need to drill more holes. You also will need some aluminum strap to make tabs to catch the mesh like in the photo. I'll probably do "the long way home" with the club. Might be best if you followed me to my place and do the swap there if I know when my RTT will be delivered.
