Yep. It came out of Austin. The guy I bought it from had gotten some new toys and needed the space in his garage. You could actually eat off the garage floor it was so clean. He had all his cleaning products lined up in straight little rows. My son and I knew when he put up the garage door and we saw the garage what a clean truck it would be. He like detailed the thing religiously. Couldn't tell he ever had it off road.

What size tires are those?

Tires are Nitto Terra Grappler 285-60-18. These are like a 31.5. Really nice ride. Aggressive, but not over the top for highway / city use. Still easy to get in and out of. Truck probably getting close on a couple new fronts so if you want to go bigger there's probably some credit on those two. Alternately I can get some new shoes on it for a buyer.
