This A343 came behind my Hilux diesel engine, and I just swapped it out for a 5-speed manual tranny. It had about 96k miles on it when pulled and everything worked correctly prior to being pulled. It will come with flex-plate, torque converter, dip stick, oil cooler hard lines, and shifter mechanism.
I just recently priced shipping through Fastenal's 3PL service and from Denver it would cost $150 to ship to Oakland, CA. So shipping won't be as bad as you might think.
