FS: 2 FJ40 Third Members

I have two third members sitting in the garage. One has the crosspin and spider gears removed, but they're included. Both are in good shape. Take both for $35. Need them out before 9/11/08. These are in Falmouth, MA. I would prefer pick up. TIA.

FJ40 factory skid plate; rusty but it could be sandblasted and used.

Scrapped everything else this weekend. Didn't have much choice.

All getting scrapped if there are no takers.

Yeah. It came off my old '75.

Also have:

Small pattern knuckles for GM front disc conversion; work with coarse-spline birfs; 6 pack of decent beer and they're yours.

I don't have any pics, but it's slightly shorter than stock width. It will bolt right on, but I would weld up some new mounting brackets. You can smash this into anything and probably not damage it.

what is the material thickness?

I don't know for sure, but I think it's 1/4".

What year are the thirds out of if you know? Mine are 74 first sold 75 if the flange is the same on the drive line I'll buy them..

I think one is out of a '73 and the other a '75. They have the flange pattern you're looking for.

Yeah, I'll grab it this week if you want it. I looked at it on Sunday and it's in pretty good shape.

I also have a Griffin aluminum radiator that's brand new. The dimensions are roughly the same as a stock 40 radiator, but it's about 3/4" thicker. I'd like to get $100 for it.
