For sale: 1999 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4 with the TRD off road package, which includes a rear locking differential. It has an extra cab, 5 speed transmission, V6 with a 3.4L engine. It has approximately 127k miles (mostly highway). I bought this new in 1999 and am the original non-smoking owner. Power windows, power locks, and cruise control.
The Tacoma is stock with the exception of chrome American Racing rims (set of 5). It has Big Foot A/T 32x10.5x16 tires have about 80% tread remaining and the spare is brand new. I have the original stock alloy wheels (4 plus a black steel spare) that will be included if you want.
The interior is clean – have always had rubber floor mats down and seat covers. It has a new set of Wet Okole’s custom seat covers (orange/black) with full piping and zippered back pockets on both seats. There are no cracks in the dash, the a/c blows cold and the heat blows hot. A new Pioneer stereo with cd/mp3 player and Ipod plug in the glove box.
I’ve not wheeled this Tacoma, it’s seldom seen dirt or mud. It has been well maintained and no leaks at all underneath the truck. Regular maintenance through a Toyota dealership or done by me.
The paint is in good shape with a few minor chips and scratches from normal wear. The driver's side door was repainted about 5 years ago after the dealer dented the door in a shop accident
. Otherwise the paint is original and shiny without oxidation. The truck has been mostly garaged.
The cigarette lighter does not work, but there are 2 auxiliary power plugs below that work. There is a small ding in the passenger side door, a tiny tear in the passenger side door panel, a dent in the back bumper. The windshield has a small chip in the windshield, but no cracks.
All in all this is a clean Toyota for the years.
NADA used price guide is $9175 for a clean retail price. I’m asking $8750 and am willing to negotiate. Please email or PM me for questions or to test drive. Thanks.
