As title states, LX450 SUV

Fully equipped, Gold package, tow package, 2-owner, 215k miles.
I have original bill of sale, owner's manuals, 2 original and working key fobs, 4 original keys, 1 Lexus wallet, emergency key, and factory tool set.
No dents, no accidents, straight body. Silver Pearl clearcoat (original factory paint). Expected rock / regular road chips, some rust (see photos).
*** Has been sitting for 11 months, not running.
Original motor needs repair, issues as follows:
- blown head gasket as of Janurary 2018
- oil pump cover leaks (I have repair parts, Toyota O-ring cover seal and front crankshaft seal)
- seized A/C compressor, went out Summer 2017
- original exhaust is solid, but has a flange gasket leak
- power antenna doesn't work, you hear the antenna motor run however it does not move
- all windows work, but motors operate slowly, especially in the cold
Recent repairs:
- 4 new Michelin LTX M/S Tires (p275/70/16)
- new Lexus front / rear shocks
- new sway bar link / bushings, front / rear
- new Akebono ceramic brake pads / front / rear
- new Toyota fan belts, A/C belt, Idler pulley
- new NKG plugs, wires, cap, rotor
- new distributor o-ring seal, replaced heater hose with special compresion clamps
- new die hard gold battery - oversized group with thermal protector
Other pros:
- cold weather ZKW starter
- lambswool front seat covers
- both 3rd row seats included
- electric overdrive button on shifter works excellet
- changed trans pan gasket + dexron 3 fluid (old fluid was still pink - no crud or smell)
I never once had to engage the high/low 4 wheel drive or the electrical lockers. Never abused or driven off road. Family vehicle. Oil changed every 3k, garaged most of its life. Nice truck - was going to attempt the fix myself, I do not have the garage space, resources, or energy. Asking $4,250 or best offer. You flat bed or haul away.
