Oh, you are killing me. Why sell this? I promise you will regret it....unless, of course, you put a 1HDT in a that 80. ;)

not so. i just finished an fj60 diesel swap for a customer. we took the cruiser straight to the dmv and they changed the title to diesel. took all of 20 minutes.that was about 6 weeks ago. he has the new title in hand, got it in the mail the other day.

excellent, congrats. There is so much conflicting information out there, and so many different experiences.
cheers,

got a couple of projects going on, dont need to sell but the money never hurt. this thing is really a great buy for someone, you of all people should know.

the only thing i have towed with it is a trailer 6x 12 full of fire wood. my only concern with that was stopping . i would set up some trailer brakes. as far as capable of pulling of course it could.

no it doesnt currently. but i have all the parts except the dryer. the buyer will get a 24 volt compressor and a 12vlt compressor off of the gas engine to my understanding you can just change the clutch. i also have the lines but they wil need to be extended because the compressor on the diesel is on the opposite side.

here is a pic of the engine minus engine before install. clean no rust. forgot to mention that i installed a brand new water pump from 4wheelauto.

If you were on the west coast I'd be all over it!:crybaby:

That's tempting but it's a too much money to buy without seeing first i think.

that is understandable, if it was me the way the airlines are i would find a cheap ticket to come and see it. i could pick you up and take you back to the airport if needed be. i dont live that far away from GSP airport, i couldnt pic up from anywhere else.
