SOLD, SOLD, SOLD. For sale, 1965 FJ 45LV. I bought two LV’s a few years ago with the intentions of using two to make one. As it turned out, they were both in decent enough shape that I did not to use the second one, so I have decided to sell it. Along with the sale will go the front and rear axles from my ‘66 as well as the engine I pulled. I have no idea as to the condition of the motor, but was told that both LV’s ran before they were parked, but who knows. I think it is pretty complete, but do not hold me to it. I do know that it is missing the front bench seat. In place now is a pair of what looks like Ford Mustang bucket seats. Rust is the usual and lots of it, but should be repairable with the proper skills and time. Lots of extra parts. I have two rear quarter panels that were custom made my Ehsan for the LV, which go with the sale. I don’t have a lot of pictures because I have concentrated on my 66 project and pretty much left this one alone. Here are the pics I do have. I can get some more if someone is seriously interested. If someone was also interested, I have a 1971 FJ40 with a rebuilt 78’ motor that would drop right into the 45LV. LV is located in Atlanta, GA 30360.

I owned this vehicle from 1997-1999 and had it in college in Colorado. It was a blast. I hope the new owner does something with it.

Good thing I did not see this thread at all during the sale....it may have ended up in my herd and I don't need another Cruiser.

Hi Grease, sorry you missed it. I had that thing posted for a long time. You didn't need another project anyhow :D. I am really disappointed with MUD right now, I got an email saying that my build thread was pulled just bc there was mention of my Porsche restoration.

Mark,
I understand your disappointment, what they have done isn`t gentleman like.... think I retire a bit from Mud.
All the best for you, your Porsche restoration (Porsche`s if you buy another one maybe a 356 ;) ) and all the other cars you love... the LV included.
Cheers
Peter

Mark, I feel bad because I joined in on the porsche discussion, but I am shocked that Gumby did this! I dont know how long he hs been a moderator, but to remove a long term resto thread, because we happen to like porsches,is harsh.
