This is our second summer with this tent, have used it pretty extensively and it's held up well. No rips or tears or any issues (except one small spot on the skirt that got caught in the cover zipper). Cover is dirty and scuffed up but has plenty of life left in it. Comes with the ladder extension to accommodate a lifted vehicle (bottom part of the main ladder is a little beat up from taking the extension on and off, I'm going to try and clean it up this weekend while I'm out).
