First check to see if you have the same problem I did (I read snow = cold). I was driving in the mountains and the washer fluid ran like crap. Told that to Nakman at a club meeting s and he said, " You bought your truck in Texas, right. They don't put anti-freeze in the fluid there."
Drained all the fluid and replaced with new fluid and no problem.
Don't know if this is your problem, but since you bought your truck in Texas and are now up in the snow . . . .
