G’day. Anyone know what this fluid leak from my 2011 taco might be from?

ATF, engine oil? Poke around a little.

Doesn’t seem to be either of those. When the steering wheel is moved a lot it makes some creaking and groaning which just started recently. Everything seems to be fine except a slow engine coolant leak. Well I’ll look around again when it cools down and the sun comes up!
