So I have all of the bolts out, yet the shaft won't even budge.
Any suggestions? Wanted to ask here before I go and beat it with a dead blow to get it out.

Tapping on a thin, sharp chisel or similar tool right on the joint between the shaft and the flange where it bolts to will get it off. Try all 4 sides if just 1 doesn't do it. Maybe some penetrating oil too. If you gouge the flange or shaft with the chisel, clean it up with a file so the shaft will fit flat on reassembly.

Make match marks on the flanges and slip joint to get it back in phase on reassembly

Only if you're going to separate the slip yoke. Otherwise, you really don't need the marks. (But it never hurts to have them just in case)

The slip yoke will compress and allow the driveshaft to fall out.

If the slip yoke is over-greased, so that it pushing on the flange, it would help to undo the zerk a bit to let the pressure out.

FSM shoes simply all 3 zerks, u-joints and slip joint, face in the same direction. There's enough difference that the shafts are misaligned if you're off only 1 notch in either direction.

I'll check the yoke and see if it is over greased. I also planned to make marks regardless so everything goes back the same. It is definitely in there, and body weight (205) didn't budge it, so I was slightly concerned about that.

Ended up getting it out. Needed a little prying.
Now it seems the flanges are a bit messed up, going to have to take them to the machine shop and have them worked on a bit so I don't have to spend $500 on a new prop shaft...

I found out about chocking the wheels the hard way also. Dropped my front prop shaft on my Disco and the truck started rolling backward nearly crushing me. Lucky I was able to roll out before being ran over by passenger front tire. Now, my problem was I needed to stop the truck from rolling down my driveway into oncoming traffic. Got behind the truck as it was rolling and slowed it down just enough to allow my final up sloping apron to stop it. Sure had me thinking if I should ever work on my truck again.
