need help with my T-Case. I just rebiult my front out-put and know I don't have 4 lo. does someone have a exploded veiw or the diagram on how to put together the front out-put.
thanks

The proper orientation of the front drive coupler is shown in the picture below.

If the shift fork missed the coupler when it was installed, you will not have front drive, high or low range.

I would remove the front drive actuator from the side of the nose cone and make sure things are correct inside the nose cone.

:meh:

yes I do have 4 high but the shifter is in the oppisite position from were it was before. and I have 2 neutrals now

how deos the shift fork go in?
what controls high and low?
I also now have 2 lo which I did't before.
I just think I did't put it backtogether right.

How about posting up some pictures of what you have...

This sounds like a linkage problem. are you saying 4 high is where 2 high was before or am I reading this all wrong? The front output just controls 4x4 not high low

that is what I'm saying.

I basically need an exploded view on how its put back together.
I could also use a diagram on the whole T-case.

I pulled the out-put completely apart and think I did't put it back the right way I also pulled the top inspection plate off and had to pull the linkage off that also could I have not put that together correctly?

Sorry I cannt link you try birfield.com they have a manual. the top of inspection plate shifts it into high and low. The shift fork in front output is for 2 and 4 wheel drive

ok took apart the front again and found out that the fork and the collar were put in the wrong way oops.
so its all back together and working fine. thanks
