Has anyone installed a front hitch in their 100 series? I want to put a 2” hitch where I can mount a recovery point or hitch mounted winch. Anyone done this before?

I have one on mine, but it's on a custom front bumper so it probably doesn't help you. I had to trim the ASFIR front skidplate to make it work so keep that in mind for current or future mods.

From what I’m seeing there isn’t any option straight from a mfg and there’s some question as to whether the fab’d up ones are sturdy enough to use as a recovery point…

I don't use mine as a recovery point, I have dedicated recovery points integrated into the bumper itself. Mine's primarily used for a cargo shelf for hunting.
