Front Diff Stuck (1 Viewer)

I've been trying for a day and a half, now, to remove a stuck front differential.

I've tried the biggest F'ing hammer and sledge I have, and I've tried using a floor jack under the pinion area, as suggested in other threads. I've heated the seam and sprayed with PB Blaster, Kroil, and urine.

It won't budge. Yes, axles are removed. housing is still in vehicle.

Anyone ever fab up some kind of puller?

Urine? Propane torch around out side edge while the floor jack is tight on it. Keep heating it up and going higher on the floor jack.

Yeah, I got so mad I peed on it! (kidding)

Finally broke free. I had to put the jack on the pinion flange (motor is out) and jack it up a bit. I just let it sit that way and while I was in the house, over an hour later, I heard a "thump" and went outside and it had finally broken free.

I've had good luck breaking the seal by hammering a 5-in-1 tool in first.
