After tightening the front differential nut I got a little wiggle in flange that connects to the driveshaft. I assume this is not ideal. Can I run it a bit or not? What part(s) most likely need replacing? How much torque for the nut?

wiggle as in rotation? or wiggle as in "in and out" of the diff?

i think a little rotation back and forth is okay.. or at least i hope it is because both of my pinion flanges rotate like 5-10* but there should be absolutely no movement in or out

The wiggle is up-and-down/side-to-side. I thought perhaps tightening the nut would help but that did not do it.

Sounds like I need to take it apart and see what's going on in there. Thanks.

I just went through the same thing, you have a rebuld heading your way.
