looking at front bumper for my 07 fjc. is there any one that can be used that wont sag the front end a lot with stock springs. have a 3 inch lift coming but not going with new spring in the front. like the looks of the road armor and the demello with single loop niether look to overlyheavy.

I think the road armor is pretty heavy. I'm pretty sure you're gonna have sag on the stock springs with any aftermarket steel bumper; especially if you are going to run a winch too. I have the OME heavy springs up front with the FabFours bumper and winch. Even with the heavy springs, the front end came down a bit when the bumper went on.

dont ever plan on having a winch at least not right now just trying to get fell what bumper works best with stock springs.

If I remember correctly, the Expedition One front bumper caused my front end to sag about 1/8" with the stock suspension. The bumper weighs in right around 100 lbs so it is not a beast. I only added the ome heavy duty coils up front after I installed a winch. Hope this helps.

I think the ARB only weighs around 80lbs, but I'm not crazy about how it looks. It is rock solid, but I think there are others that are just as tough and look better.

this is a lot of great info. i think i might be able to live with 1/8 to maybe 1/2 an inch of sag to have a better bumper than plastic. o dont live in a state where you can readily see these bumpers first hand to see how sturdy they are made so any opinoins would be of great help. i like the demello, allpro, and road armor if any one out there wants to share their expeirience in how well they work for them and the amount of sag they put on the front.

It is rock solid. But it weighs alot more than 80 lbs. To install, you need 2 people (unless you are a weightlifter ;) I think its more like 150+, with winch even more.

You might be able to put a spacer on front to compensate for the sag. I've seen a couple fjs that have done that.
