Getting excited to see the @Qball bumper get going 'cuz that means mine is right behind eh?

I want to say how great it is that we have an entrepreneur like Underdawg who has built his model around creating high quality, functional designs around 80 Series. He's carving out a niche for himself and his designs, I say let him go gangbusters on his ideas.

There may be some delays in our orders but part of that is because we are part of the prototype stage and beginning stage of his business, also, if he's not happy with the quality it's going to be delayed until he is, I'm sure he appreciates the patience.

I am happy to support small business in the U.S.A. and our custom bumpers will be worth the wait.

Lastly, let's support him and his 80 Series business n the best way we can, give him more orders.

Well we have problem number 1 ... like a moron I sent the wrong stinger out to Mandito22... I'm sure someone else will say that same since I must have swapped boxes some how..

Not to worry guys keep them and hang em on the wall. Or I can pay for you to ship them to each other.. swap style. Blue Cruiser I think your the other one... I can whip up some new ones in about an hour so it doesnt matter either way. Let me know guys.

Just saw instructions. Isn't drilling metal that's been powder coated defeat the purpose of the powder coating by breaking the 'seal' that the powder coating made?

You should have instructions and hopefully you'll understand why with this bumper system you need to drill. The wings needed to be installed and "fitted" to your rig. Then you need to mark holes for the stinger. 3/8" drill bit and 1/2" drill bit take care of it.
Really shouldnt be much of an issue for a cordless and center punch. If I would have drilled these holes to fit the system on my truck, it would have fit differently I'm almost positive of this. The new EXPO bumper will take all of this out of the equation. The frame holes will all be slotted and there will only be a few to bolt the whole bumper on.

@Mandito22 opted to have the wings welded onto the winch plate/center mount instead of bolting it together like @UnderDawg originally envisioned. Key word: opted.
