On the other hand, you'll find you like it, save some $ and get some proper welding certs/education where you can make some decent coin.

Very true. I am working on getting certified for vertical/overhead for 1/8, 3/32 and fcaw/gmawp for a nuclear plant here in savannah. Very strict but job well worth it for the very demanding test.

Not much to report today aside from the fact that I'm sick again ... or still. I have an autoimmune disease known as Lupus. It comes and goes and sometimes I forget that I even have it. But lately I've been suffering from a flare up and its taking a toll. Not to worry though I'll be back up in no time. And will be banging around in the shop. Just been pushing myself to hard lately in trying to keep everyone happy. I forgot to keep myself happy.. Hang in there fella's.

dang thats lame.... I just got diagnosed with that crap here in June.... no fun at all they gave me a pile of pills and told me to come back once a month to check on it.

Ya man its gets rough sometimes. If I stay out in the sun to long I go down for a week or two. If I get stressed out I go down for a week or two. I have the skin type lucky I guess you could say. Feels like your a piece of paper that got crumbled up... only way I can describe it.

Pace yourself and set achievable daily targets. Tick them off and be happy with the progress made. Being down for 2 weeks ain't going to do your business any good.
Thereby you will also get proper time lines you can overachieve on.
Just sharing some experience and hope it may help[emoji6]
