Are you we really paying 30 bucks for shims? Or are you guys reusing old ones after a clean?

I don’t mind paying money for quality parts but 30 bucks for shims seems steep. And I don’t see many places lower.

I do my own work but don’t have enough experience or know how to know if it’s okay to reuse this part. I’m just good at following ikea instructions.

If your rig is truly rust free they should be reusable. The apparent reason for the cost is stainless construction and rubber coating, if I remember correctly.
