After not using my HZJ75 for at least a year, I noticed some oil sweating at the bolds (see image) of the front axle. I have driven it for a few hundred km's recenctly now and everything stays the same. So no drops leaking on the tires but obviously some gear oil is coming through and resides on the bolds and nuts. Is it time to change the oil seal now? I can't do it myself and my garage charges € 1500 for a complete refurbisment of the front axle (left and right site). That's what they advise, also because it's done for about 8 years/150.000 km ago. I am short on cash at the moment and wonder if this can wait for a year or so without causing too much damage to the axle and bearings. What do you think? Thx.
