My front right ASB frame mount has corroded and snapped off. I have checked the various on-line Toyota collision parts diagrams but do not see this listed as a repair part. Would any of the parts gurus here know if this is available from Toyota and if so the part #? Thanks very much.

I don't own a welder (although this could be a good excuse to buy one). Went to three local shops - the frame repair guy est. $8-900 to fab and weld (one side!) - pass; one general welding shop wanted $300 then cancelled on me twice; the third said bring me the repair part.
Both quotes are outrageous. The job should take no more than an hour from start to finish and with next to nothing in material cost.
It doesn't have to be an identical copy of the part either. Just two clips with holes punched or drilled is all that is needed.
The hardest part of the job would be removing the old bracket cleanly.
Those shops obviously don't need the work.

It looks like Toyota of Dallas sells em for about $13.90 a piece.

I think the part #3 wraps around the bar itself and is not the bracket for the connecting link found on the control arm. The OP mentions the frame rather than the control arm, so maybe you're right.

Nope - I need the mount that number 3 is bolted to on the frame (or in this case, used to be on the frame).

Ooooo, that's nasty, you need a fab shop that can do it up cheap. Should be a piece of cake for a credible off-road shop that does fab work. Either way you slice it, if you want to keep that sway bar then welding is required.

Easiest would be to buy the "crash part" if available for Toyota and then re-install. Based on that location it is not just a 1 hour job as others have mentioned. Lots of cleanup needed on that frame before you can actually do a proper repair.

1. remove u-clip & bushing
2. grind off remains of bracket
3. weld angle bracket to frame
4. reinstall bushing & u-clip
parts: 2.5 x 2.5 x 1/4 angle, 4.5" long; 2 @ 5/16" x 1" bolts, nuts washers

Also needs to be gusseted and rustproofed/painted. Still not a 1 hr job for a pro shop with rent and insurance and all the related overhead. I think 900 is too much but 300 doesn't sound bad if done right.
I would consider the condition of the rest of this frame before doing to much to it. If the whole frame is that bad you might be better off with a different truck or a frame swap.

With 1/4"-thick angle, I wouldn't even bother gusseting. The angle would be at least as rigid as the 1/8"-thick stamped bracket. There is very little leverage on the angle legs for it to deflect with this application. If still worried, use 3/8" angle.
As far as corrosion, I'd say that the frame would fall apart before a 1/4" bracket would rust through, painted or not. As long as all the slag was thoroughly removed from the welds, there would be no accelerated corrosion compared to the other frame parts in the vicinity.
Anyway, I hate to see people get robbed. If someone came to me with this job, I'd charge $100 and have them out in an hour (no coffee or beer breaks for me). But then I don't have to pay insurance, overhead, etc., like AimCOtaco mentioned.
