I'm going over to look at some parts today. I spoke to the individual selling the parts. He wanto sell as a whole not seperate. I don't have enough funds to spare right now during the holidays on a half cut right now.

SUpposed parts 1 complete Half cut complete with front axle 92 Diesel japan 80

Complete chassis 1 FZ turbo engine / tranny from Down under (australia) with lockers

+ more drivetrain parts.

I am going either later today or tommorow morning if anyone is interested in something let me know. I'm interested in the turbo 1FZ engine myself. I will get prices on everything but it looks to be a good deal if its purchased as a combo package.

Cool, thats the first 1FZ turbo diesel Ive ever heard of. Ive heard of 1HD-T's with a turbo or 1HZ's that are normally aspirated, and sometimes have a turbo added, and all the 1FZ's I know of are gas motors.

I wonder what was done to the gas motor to convert it to diesel and turbo it?

Very interesting. Would be good to hear more details on this....

yes its 2 different engines.
THe half cut is the diesel.
The turbo 1FZ is a whole drivetrain CHassis suspension everything.

Diesel Half Cut

If you are going to go to buy the half cut in order to get the diesel engine for your 80, I will be interested in the entire rest of the half cut top to bottom in one shot. PM me.
