why did the policy enforcers do that for ?? the turbo ?

Nah he didn't care about that, he just the tint was to dark . But it will have to go over pits for inspection and they will pick more than just tint. I wish it were easy enough to remve only the tint , now I'll have to make it like it was when it come of the factory floor, std boring std

Does it cost anything to take it over the pits?

Maybe just take it over after removing the tint, see what they pick up over the pits, and just fix that for a second go over the pits?

Ridiculous how they have the power to take your vehicle off the road, fxxx that. Thats bull****, just because of tint, they will crack a fatty when they see the turbo, any excuse to keep you comming over the pits and more $$$ in their pocket. My mate knows all about that.

Something to take a look at is the silicone 90 degree hose from the air filter housing to the turbo. On my diesel swap, Isuzu 4BD2into a 1985 FJ60, I used the same type of silicone hose, but a "Hump" hose connection at first. The hump hose allows some movement, but not enough in my eyes.

I noticed when the engine moves, the hose was so stiff/rigid that it was shaking the whole air filter can. It looked like the movement would destroy the air filter can in short time. I switched to a flex hose to allow more movement.

Below my signature is a link to my build and pictures of my flex hose and intercooler installation.

What happened to all the pics of the setup? I looked a week a go and now they're gone?

It means he deleted them or the MUD server can no longer access them.
