Thinking of pulling the F motor out of my 40 and putting it in the 55 so I can try and use the original 3spd with the column shift

Cant he just double up on the 1.5" strap? maybe some zip ties to tie them together? seems easier that way.

I think the 1.5" strap is adequate but would suggest a bungee cord be added for security sake.
