Under the moonlight, the serious moonlight.
I bought a parts 40 (if you could call it that) last year for the hard top which was barely salvagable. Anyway, what's left is the frame, a damaged tub and the stock wheels. come and get it, you can have it all. It will not roll, the rear dif is rusted frozen from spending an unkown amount of time with out the cover on. The front cowl seems to be decent and it has a VIN plate on the tub, that's about it. No front axel in the housing no hubs. I'll call the junk removal guy on Friday if no one is interested, just wanted to give you guys the chance.

I would post this in the regular classified section on mud. Some of those poor bastids who live in the rust belt would probably die to get their hands on it.(May even be able to get some cash out of the deal). It'd be a shame to see it go to the scrap yard.
My .02....

That's likely an "east coast mint" frame. It's probably in better shape than mine was pre-repairs.

I've got five cruiser projects I'm currently busy with but my neighbor just finished his '78 and asked me to keep an open ear for a rock buggy project. He sounds pretty anxious to get started. Is there any phone # I could pass along to him? His name is Russ. Where are you located?

thanks, Sean
