You gota tell the story on who found it and how

it was found by OPD very early Wednesday morning with a crackhead couple hanging out at a 7-11 in it. I suspect it was actually stolen by someone else to steal a trailer or whatever and then dumped, and these two found it next. There was two extra hitches, a big ratchet strap, and a extra 20 ton bottle jack in the bed, that didn't line up with all the other contraband from the two that were in it at the time of recovery (cologne, polo shirt, etc) in my opinion
